Revisions
Publishing takes a snapshot of the saved draft. The live tour keeps showing that snapshot while you continue editing. You can republish or roll back to any earlier revision.
Visibility
- Public: anyone with the link; can be listed in the demo gallery.
- Unlisted: anyone with the link; not listed and not indexed by search engines.
- Password: visitors must enter a password.
- Members only: signed-in members of the workspace.
- Private: only editors, plus anyone you send a share link to.
Share links
Share links can expire, can be revoked, and can optionally show the current draft for client review.
Embeds and QR codes
Use Share → Embed for website code and Share → QR code for print. Embeds respect the tour's visibility.
